Due to high demand, limited availability, heavy traffic, and changing event schedules, hourly, short-duration, and point-to-point transportation may not be available on major UT football weekends.

Is the vehicle mine for the day?
For UT Game Day service, each vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group. Knoxville Executive does not combine separate parties or book multiple reservations in the same vehicle. This dedicated private charter approach helps provide better service, greater flexibility, and a more comfortable experience throughout the day.
Is there a special cancellation policy?
UT Game Day transportation is in high demand, and many reservations are made 6 to 8 months in advance. If you need to cancel your reservation, we request at least 60 days’ notice so we have adequate time to make the vehicle available for another client.
I’m flying into McGhee Tyson Airport. Can you provide transportation?
Yes. Knoxville Executive provides UT Game Day transportation from McGhee Tyson Airport for commercial airline passengers and private aviation guests. For private arrivals, please provide your FBO or pickup location, arrival time, passenger count, luggage needs, and destination so we can help coordinate the correct vehicle and timing.
We are staying outside of Knoxville. Can you still help?
